ad pepper Group is taking the lead at solute – with the goal of jointly strengthening market potential, enhancing efficiency, boosting digital influence and strategically expanding market share across Europe.
Nuremberg, Karlsruhe, 24 April 2025 – ad pepper media International N.V., one of Europe’s leading digital performance marketing groups, has acquired a majority stake in solute by purchasing an additional 14.48 percent. This brings its shareholding to 58.86 percent – with the aim of expanding it to 75 percent in the future.
solute operates the leading price comparison portals billiger.de, shopping.de and juhuu.at. With more than 100 connected platforms and direct access to consumers with a high propensity to buy, the acquisition strategically strengthens the ad pepper Group’s European portfolio. Together with Webgains’ international affiliate network, this creates an integrated, AI-powered offering for intelligent performance campaigns.
