ad pepper media International N.V. expands market presence with approx. 26% stake in solute Holding GmbH & Co. KG and strives for possible majority holding

Nuremberg, Amsterdam, 2 October 2023

The ad pepper Group announced today the successful signing of an agreement to acquire a 25.64 percent stake in the Karlsruhe-based solute Group, a pioneer in the e-commerce sector and operator of the well-known price comparison portal “billiger.de“. The two companies have complementary business models as well as supplementary technical capabilities, customer relationships and geographical orientations.

ad pepper Group CEO Dr Jens Körner commented on this milestone as follows: “This transaction is a first step, together with the solute Group, to create a dynamic, innovative and well-capitalised publicly listed market leader in the field of performance marketing and digital marketplaces (price comparison) and to shape a future-oriented industry.”
