ad pepper media International N.V. - a new generation in the Board of Directors

Hermann Claus, a long-time member of the Board of Directors of ad pepper media International N.V. (security identification number 940883) will retire at the end of this year and will leave the company after 7 years of successful set-up work.

Mr. Claus has been with the company since its foundation in 1999 and has been instrumental for the set-up of the company and the successful IPO (initial public offering) in 2000 as well as the fast growth of the international business development. Especially, his extensive experience in financial controlling and in the M&A sector helped ad pepper media to achieve stable growth, even in difficult market periods.

Mr. Claus will continue to support ad pepper media as a consultant, even after his retirement.

ad pepper media has been able to hire Jens Körner (35), bachelor of commerce, as a new member of the Board of Directors and thereby securing continued qualified leadership. Mr. Körner will take over responsibility for the sectors Finance and Controlling, at the latest on January 1st, 2007. Mr. Körner has great experience in the capital market, especially in the sectors Corporate Finance as well as Merger and Acquisition. Mr. Körner has a good reputation in national and international investment banking. At present, he works for the investment bank Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. KGaA as an executive in the sector of equity capital markets. 

With the dynamic growth of ad pepper media, an increased communication towards the capital market will gain importance in the future. Mr. Körner will certainly contribute to an extended growth of ad pepper media.
