Nuremberg, Amsterdam, February 15, 2011 – Based on preliminary figures, ad pepper media International N.V. concluded the 2010 financial year with sales of EUR 51,661k. On a pro forma basis, this represents sales growth of 12.3 percent compared with the equivalent figure for the previous year. This marks a new record in the company’s 12 year history. Key growth drivers were once again the Webgains (+28.2 percent) and ad agents (+25.6 percent) segments. The gross margin also reached a new record high, finishing the year 13.8 percent up on the previous year’s figure (pro forma).

EBITDA for the financial year amounted to EUR 1,720k (2009: EUR -29,756k). The Group thus clearly exceeded its self-imposed target of EUR 1,500k. The fourth quarter alone accounted for around 40 percent of full-year EBITDA.

The Group’s liquid funds (including securities measured at fair value and time deposits) increased to EUR 22,924k (2009: EUR 22,602k). There are still no liabilities to banks.

According to the Management Board, the pleasing sales and earnings performance at the beginning of 2011 points to a continuation of the company’s growth in the current financial year.

The 2010 Annual Report will be published on April 11, 2011.
