Based on preliminary figures, ad pepper media International N.V. closed the first nine month of 2014 with sales of EUR 33,890k. This corresponds to a decline of 7.0 percent compared with the equivalent figures for the previous year (Q1-Q3 2013: EUR 36,434k). On a like-for-like basis, i.e. before disposals of group companies in 2013, the increase amounted to 5.7 percent.
Gross profit decreased by 24.3 percent to EUR 11,958k (Q1-Q3 2013: EUR 15,792k). On a like-for-like basis, gross profit reduced by 2.2 percent. In parallel to these developments, operating expenses reduced by 12.0 percent to EUR 14,854k (Q1-Q3 2013: EUR 16,878k).
Accordingly, the first nine months of the year showed negative profitability versus previous year: EBITDA for the past nine months amounts to EUR -2,743k (Q1-Q3 2013: EUR -871k). EBIT for the first nine months of the year amounts to EUR -2,896k (Q1-Q3 2013: EUR -1,086k). EBT for the past nine month amounts to EUR -2,445k (Q1-Q3 2013: EUR -803k).
Liquid funds (including securities measured at fair value) amount to EUR 18,790k (December 31, 2013: EUR 21,702k). The company still has no liabilities to banks.
The report on the first nine month of 2014 will be published on November 12, 2014.
