It came to our notice, that – according to the Dutch wmz2006 – Amiral Gestion S.A. voting rights on ad pepper media International N.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands, ISIN: NL0000238145, WKN: 940883, would have exceeded the 5% and 10% limit of the Voting Rights on November 9, 2007 and now amount to 10,07%(this corresponds to 1145000 voting rights).
