ad pepper media International N.V. sells Globase to MailUp | guidance for full year 2015 raised

ad pepper media International N.V. today agreed the sale of its Danish subsidiaries Globase International ApS as well as ad pepper media Denmark A/S, both Copenhagen, to the leading provider of email marketing solutions MailUp S.p.A., Milan. After the sale of Emediate already in 2013, ad pepper media will thus be completely withdrawing from the Scandinavian market and is consistently pressing ahead with its strategy of focusing on performance marketing business in its core European markets.

ad pepper media is disposing of 100 percent of the shares in Globase International ApS as well as 100 percent of ad pepper media Denmark with economic effect as of October 1, 2015; the latter ceased operations already by mid 2014.  In financial year 2014 Globase generated revenue of around kEUR 2,000 and losses of kEUR   -530 (EBIT) while ad pepper media Denmark reported a loss of kEUR -300 (EBIT) for 2014.

The purchase price totals kEUR 800, of which a portion of roughly EUR 400 will impact earnings and liquidity in the current financial year. Consequently, the Management Board of ad pepper media now expects an EBITDA of roughly kEUR 400 for the current fiscal year coupled with a record revenue of roughly kEUR 52.000.
