This acquisition further strengthens ad pepper media’s online direct marketing position in the French market.

Today, ad pepper media France, a fully owned subsidiary of ad pepper media International N.V., one of the leading European online advertising and digital marketing solutions provider, announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Macati S.a.r.l.

Macati is an established French online direct marketing service provider specialized in brand specific qualified lead generation programs. Macati manages a vast network of over 500 B2B and B2C lead generation website partners including sites such as Jeuxvideos.com, 01net.fr, Nrj.fr and Directgestion.fr reaching millions of unique users on a daily basis. The combination of Macati’s unique direct marketing solutions and extended reach enables it to deliver powerful results for the most demanding client objectives. Since inception, Macati has generated over 1,3 million qualified leads for clients such as Nokia, Microsoft, Consodata, Apple Computers, Claritas, Banque AGF and EGG among others.

Prior to the acquisition, both companies had already successfully co-operated on some big international deals. Through these experiences, the companies identified the significant partnership benefits and synergies that would result out of its combined products and business models as well as its complimentary client bases and website partners.

ad pepper media’s market position will be significantly strengthened in the French online advertising market through this acquisition and the resulting integration of Macati’s direct marketing solutions into its product solutions mix.

Both companies clients’ will immediately benefit from an extended range of marketing solutions as well as the increased combined reach and delivery capabilities of the two networks.

Founded in June 2000, Macati has been profitable for the last two years.
